So badly clearing of overgrown weeds ets the litter pickers leave the fully charged dogy bags also missing bottles and cans etc

This is the walk way from the end of Marsland Road, down to Dunster Grove, The litter van usually stops, the men look up to Marslad Road they cant see any thing so they drive off. This has been reported before but nothing changes
