Poo bags

One of the dog walkers is chucking bags of dog poop into our communal garden. Every few week their might be one on the lawn, in the hedge or even on our car. I don't know if they put it there on perpous or just swing it over their shoulder, either way its pretty horrid. The other day there was just a massive pile of mixed poop at the bottom of the steps which lead to our and a few other houses which are just raised above Gyllyng St. It was probably 20cm high and 30cm wide of poop and you could hardly avoid it, If there was an elderly person in one of the houses which is accessed from the steps they wouldn't have been able to get past. I jut wish I'd taken a photo.
