Unsafe and unsightly property

The old hall at the bottom of riverside road is being used as a workshop and general storage area for builders equipment and other items. This is unsafe and very unsightly. The owner is neglecting this iste and does not have planning permission for what he using the site for and storage of items.I will take legal action gaianst Angus council if nothing is done to clean the site and street up, this is not the first time the council have been advised of the probems
