Abuse of abandoned vehicles

In the laybay entry of Raynton road between the church and corner entrance of raynton road there are abandoned vehicles which encourage arson of these vehicle and fly tipping.Please please put a fence up there and if it belongs to residents they ought to have a key.Please,it is awful and dark in this layby and very scary to walk past it in the dark.Many thanks

there is still fly tipping going on in this layby area shortly after the entry onto Raynton Rd.I saw the council wrokers tydying the church and surrounding areas but the portion i reported has not been touched.Why?Also the zone is poorly lit and gangs sometimes hang around there after dark.PLEASE do something.
