Street Cabinets

Both cabinets on street are in an extremely poor state, literally. There's a pile of rubbish in there and both the cabinets are wide open without anything sealing the cables within them. I want them fully closed and cleaned up, or replaced with brand new ones that are bloody reliable. Since these ones love to give us a hell of a lot of problems.

Just disgusting, they attempt to fix one with a board of wood over the cables? Like wtf? The next day that just fell out.

Its still exactly the same, both cabinets are in extremely poor conditions. Its just sad to see that no one is even trying to fix the problem.
