Dog fouling as become a major problem for most people on this estate, it's only a few residents that are the problem but everyone suffers because of the problem. The smell comes in thro both back and front windows of my home when the wind blows in correct direction and it's bad. Kids playing outdoors often fall or stand in it. Our washing lines are directly under a problem area and washing often as to be redone because of the problem. The gardener for the estate complains every walk about it and nothing is done. The Housing association have been told on numerous occasions and nothing improves.
Residents should be made aware of there actions and Dogs should not be allowed off the lead on the estate. Signs should be erected and bins made available to properly depose of the LITTER.
