Someone keeps dumping food waste on the small patch of grass in front of 32-40 Hastings Road - this is being eaten by pets and other animals, causing vomiting and fouling

The council was great - sent someone round within 24 hours but they found the land belongs to Pilgrims HA. Pilgrims have cleaned up the current mess,but it remains to be seen if it happens again. If people aren't told not to do this, and why, they're just going to carry on.
Whilst the local council and Housing Association were quick to respond, the efforts of the housing association have failed in that the problem is still occurring. However, I can't fault the housing association as they acted very quickly and kept me informed of what they were doing.
