Examples of these are Lidl, burger and fast food restaurants in Ashford etc, security entrance to the flats where I live is buzzed and if no one answers then they are left outside blowing around and causing an unsightly mess, constant job by residents to pick up daily and bin. I have spoken to the authorities and they say it is not against the law and down to the culprit 'store'!! Thing is there is so much of this rubbish left in the doorways to where I live or posted if they can get in through security entance. It is an invasion to privacy, I only want to receive personal mail.
