Parking on pavement

I have a red car that parks on the pavement outside my house and i cannot get my sons wheelchair round it. I am finding it difficult to park my own car to get my son as close to the front door as possible. The lady will not park anywhere else and this is causing a nuisance. It is a R reg car- Red outside number 34
