The Council are sending findings of courts to properties know not occupied as FOR SALE causing them not addressing disputes re: FULL COUNCIL, TAX & to use Bailliffs [ who deny] to steal fixtures and fitting when know they have negligent estate & managing agents with conflict of interest managing their rent to buy & acting fraudulently . They have also refused CC payment but since taken amount submitted by cheque . Need to compensate for damage done & goods taken that solicitor and police not acted on .Outrageous with MPs & Councillors not representing??!!Why are landlords being made to pay for tenants illegal actions.

Sorted out the power services bill for £600 empty property after months on case over 100 calls.The council tax issues have just been ignored as LA running on admin directed by accountants dealing woith process only . There are no procedures for issues as adminappears also to be controlling MPs and councillors.No wonder Police refused to register it as a CAD ! What is going on?
Of course not they are gaining out of the situation . This is abuse of power civil liberties abuse sending Court notification to empty properties .Also the MP & Councillors allowing full Council Tax to be taken for no representation. Rip off.
The flag is in wrong place ??!! BB8 Blutcher Street . This abuse of power continues with no political representation allowing the persecution of landlords for tenants debts with no fair hearing or recourse to justice for no trading standards .
You must be joking? No one in charge. They take full Council Tax yet only intimidate with no MP or Councillor representation or anyone with discretion.
Believe that when furniture was stolen and police refused to record it may have been the bailiffs from the LA . All Cllrs & MP contacted treated me negligently even though have disabilities.
The regulatory authorities are not addressing issue that the council has set up in unfair competition with no protection which is trading standards or Councillor / MP representation. It is victimising home owners/ landlords . Outrageous . No wonder citizens are not voting !
