Colham Avenue needs a visit from a dog warden!!

There is a high number of dog owners who exercise their dogs on the grass area of Colham Avenue and do not pick up after they have fouled. The grass is littered with dog dirt and as a resident of the avenue I find it infuriating to see these peolpe (often local residents from neighbouring streets) walk their dogs and leave their dirt on other peoples' doorsteps! Why aren't there any dog wardens in this area?
