Merryfellow Noise Pollution

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council and Cheltenham Borough Council less than a minute later
The Merryfellow pub in Charlton Kings (GL53) is always playing loud music and is very noisy up until the early hours on a Friday and Saturday night. Last night they were serving alcohol up until 3am and the garden was full of people singing and shouting until this time. I have to get up for work at 5a.m. so this is very serious for me as it is so loud it must keep the whole area awake. Why have they got a license to do this until this hour in a quiet residential street? It is not fair on the people who live here.

New owners have now taken over and the problem is worse than ever.
the old owners were very rude and noisy atleast with the new owners they have posted a letter to me with a contact number day and night for any problems which i have to say since they have taken over the pub things have only got better and its nice to have a lovely family run the pub.
