Vans and cars parked on street

The residents of number 5 often have 2 vans and numerous cars parked, they only have space to park 2 vehicles on their drive, so cars and vans are always parked in the street. This makes it difficult for other residents to enter their own drives and also gives the dust cart difficulty in collecting the bins.
