Gardens overgrown and used as toilets for dogs,can owners be made to clear them up or can they be taken over by other people who will look after them

still nothing has been done!!! Residents are completely feed up with living near a dog toilet and a dumping ground, no one seem to be able to help!!!!

a rat have been sited under the wood that has been dumped we think the council have been to have a look at the problem
