Illegal parking on my property

We live in flats 28 and 26 Longacre Rise, each owning the parking spaces maked with our numbers on outside of the main building. Unfortunately, the tanants in the opposite block (block C)refuse to stop parking in our space. I own the deeds to the pace in which they park regularly and this is bordering on anti-social behaviour. Many notes and converstations have been had regaerding this with the offenders but to no avail. One of the cars in our space is un-taxed and should be on their own property, not ours.
Chineham used to be a delightful area to live but allowing this obnoxious behaviour has made our lives here that bit more difficult.
