Illegal car sales

Sent to Boston Borough Council and Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later
Continuosly down High Street and down London Road there are at present more than 25 vehicles for sale. These cause a moving traffic hazard as prospective purchasers crawl down the road at about 5 miles per hour with traffic swerving round these vehicles into the path of oncoming traffic. Some vehicles even have professional "car lot" price tags on display. Boston Borough council have taken to putting sticky labels over the for sale signs , but these are quickly removed. More worrying though is, a short period of time prior to the sticky labels being applied, the owners of said "for sale " vehicles can be seen either removing "for sale" signs or removing vehicles only to return the signs and or vehicles as and when the council officials leave the area. If i were suspicious i might tend to believe that the vendors are being "tipped off". In addition to the traffic hazard, the nuisance problem of sound of engines being started and revved up at all times day and night, combined with groups of noisy purchasers/vendors/friends and family makes the atmosphere very intimidatory.
