I belive this relates to No 22 Stockbridge Crescent Peatmoor (If not, it is on the row that runs 14-28 evens). They are, I'm sad to say, leaving their dog out all day and all night and it barks constantly. It was barking at gone 10:30pm last night and is disturbing other residents sleep.
