Criminal Damage to fittings

Sent to Caerphilly Council less than a minute later

Went for a walk up the old railway line with my dog, and saw that just after the railway bridge on Manmoel Lane (just up the lane on the left, from Cwm-Corrwg Bridge) Someone, probably illegal motorcyclists, have cut down the anti-motorbike metalwork that was installed in order to gain access to the old line. Perhaps we ought to have the new one plugged into the mains!!

Had a reply from the Council to say that the problem would be looked at / inspected by 29th September

Received an email from Engineering @ Council saying that they are aware of the damage but there are no plans at the moment to reinstate the barrier.
