Nuisance Pigeons

Some residents of Ursula Mews, N4 2--, are feeding and encouraging pigeons. Its clear where the issue is as the pigeons are sat on a one particular house roof waiting for food to be put out.

In the meantime they are annoying everyone else who lives close-by by flapping around, flying in front of other residents houses and flat windows and roofs, and being a major pest.

This is surely a H&S issue and the residents need to be told/educated to stop encouraging them by purposely leaving food out for them?

Unfortunately this problem still exists and pigeons are still being encouraged by residents leaving food.
