Vegetation obstructing pavement

Weeds (ground level) have grown so much that this pavement is now very narrow and one has to walk very near the road - highly dangerous as traffic here is very fast. There is certainly no room for pushchairs etc to pass. This pavement has been in this state for months, yet the pavement to the west of this point has been cleared regularly!
