Litter/street drinking rubbish

Sent to Stockport Borough Council 2 minutes later

1) Winos garden junction of Penny Lane/Lancashire hill. Always full of litter and alcohol containers.

2) Exit the Winos garden,turn left down Lancashire Hill,peer over the grey metal fence as it approaches the motorway crossing. Tons of litter and discarded rubbish by lazy members of the public has been lying here for years

As of 8/11/09 The winos garden was still strewn with empty alcohol containers and the fenced area approaching the bridge over the M60 was still overflowing with rubbish
