Carpark on park street

Could this public carpark be cleaned? There is purple paint thrown up the wall and has never been swept in ages. There are stone sets missing off the wall. Also Black rail along carpark (3 Bars missing) Would you please see to this, Thank you.

I emailed a long time ago about the carpark. There is purple paint thrown up the walls and sets missing on top of walls. Also Black barrier, there are 3 rails missing. Needs a good clean-up.

The problem I sent 8 weeks ago hasn,t been fixed. I keep getting these updates and don,t know why because nothing is happening. Can,t it get done?
