Spotted a bit of plastic sheeting + an empty bottle of Stella left on grass verge along here on me way past.

Well the initial problem has been removed, but there now appears to be a discarded bag of dog turd there in it's place (these seem to be appearing along this area like clues along a treasure hunt trail).
