Bag of dog turd left on drain cover (1 of 2)

Spotted someone had left a bag of dog turd(s) on top of the metal drain cover.
Also the Dog Fouling fine notice sticker a bit further up the road on the railings for the ramp/steps shortcutting into Heworth Drive has been peeled/torn off.

Updates
A week later, the bag of turds is still there in roughly the same place.
The only change being it's moved a few centimetres closer towards the junction + been bunged down one of the slots in the draincover that's supposed to be there for draining off rain water, not to be used as a dog waste recepticle.
