Rubbish accumulating outside site of old Reindeer pub

Lots of rubbish is accumulating by the hoarding where the Reindeer pub used to stand; this is becoming a wellknown eyesore and is probably a health hazard (rats have been seen); maybe some wheeliebins could be put there to contain the problem?
