Bollard

There is a road bollard missing from the pavement outside the door of number 41 Arundel Place. It is not clear why this was done. Pavement is damaged due to cars, vans and larger vehicles parking on the pavement on a regular basis, and No. 41 has a suspected water leak due to the pipes being damaged because of the pressure of broken paving slabs. There is the danger of a gas leak for the same reason. Vehicles which park on the pavement are blocking the fire exit for 3 properties. There are a large number of times when vehicles park outside No 41 in the small hours - parking on the pavement with radios/car stereos on very load disturbing the tennants of the property. Twice this year a nearby bollard has been seriously damaged due to vehicles driving into it after parking on the pavement. Also when vehicles do park on the pavement pedestrians need to step into the road to get round it. This is of concern as there are child who live in the street or use it to access Arundel Road. Hope you can help.
