Potentially dangerous trees

We would be grateful if you would assess the condition and height of the Horse Chestnut trees that are planted along the drain where indicated. Our property is opposite, and we feel that there is a potential hazzard should these trees fall. They are overgrown and out of control and in not very good health. It ius with great concern that we note that thety would reach our property should they become unstaboe and fall. As you are aware, we suffer from high winds often in these areas, and in such times these trees are very worruying. If you feel that they are NOT the responsibility of the Council, we would be most grateful if you could assist us in finding out WHO IS responsible for them.
