Football in Street

Children play football in Lawford Close contrary to Section 161 of the Highways Act 1980. Our car has been damaged more than once. Some of the children are very young and have little or no road sense. On Saturday 8th August one of them ran in front of our car as we entered the close and we only just missed hitting him. Can something be done to stop this dangerous and unlawful practice.
