Fencing to the play area and our properties

We were promised repairs to the fencing around this play area last July and it STILL hasn't happened!. To add to that, the grass is so overgrown out there we can't play safely and certainly can't see easily where the dog mess is!

This land belongs to Parish Council. Email sent to them 14 08 09 alerting them to this issue.
