Could there be regular visits by parking enforcement officers to monitor abuse of the present one hour parking limit and also to deter persistent violations of the one way system at the top of the road and the no right turn at the bottom of the road. These rules are breached on a daily basis.

The problem persists. Cars even park facing the wrong way as well as driving up the road, in breach of the one way regulations. Cars parked all day in a one hour limit parking area. A few days of regular visits by parking enforcement officers would solve the problem but parking enforcemnt seems to end at Vauxhall.
