Seagulls - loads of noisy seagulls!

I live on Lansdown and they seagull problem is getting increasingly worse! Some nights they are screeching till 1am then will start again at 4am! This is massively effecting my sleep as its too loud to be simply ignored. I feel sleep deprived, which is slowly leading to stress - HELP!

Unfortunately we do not provide a pest control service for seagulls and we have no obligations by law to deal with the seagulls; it is down to individual property owners. The only power we have that we can enforce is if a person were to accumulate so much food waste for the birds that it causes a nuisance to you e.g. smells, flies, attracting vermin or if the droppings from the seagulls were to accumulate to cause a nuisance or be prejudicial to health.
