Damage to grass verges

All the grass verges on the street are getting damaged and are sinking due to MANY cars that park on them. The owners also park on the pavements which means anyone with a whel chair or pushchair are unabl to get past on the pavement and the grass verges are that damaged it is too dangerous to go down them with said wheelchair or pushchair. it is a nightmare on the school runs as there is a school at the bottom of the street and on dustbin day too.
