Spafield street is absolutely filthy. All the paving slabs are stained with ground in food, it looks rotten.

Still not been done... absolutely filthy... Its a joke... I wouldn't expect anything else from a Labour Borough... A total Neglect of the people that fund there waste. The quicker there booted out the better.
