Abandoned car

There seems to be an abandoned blue Vauxhall (I think that's the make) at the bottom end of Graham Street. It has no number plates and an out of date tax disk. Judging by the debris from rain water around the wheels it hasn't been moved for some days. Would appreciate it if it could be removed.
