There is a TO LET sign on 3 Lisburne Road by Day Morris for the last 4 years. Is it not Fly Posting to have free ads permanently on a private property? Can anyone put a sign outside a property if Day Morris can? Signs should be removed by council after a certain period. This is a heritage area and estate agents cannot use beautiful streets for this ugliness.
