Footpath not maintained

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 22:40, Wed 5 August 2009
Sent to Calderdale Borough Council 5 minutes later

The footpath to the north side of Oldham Road between 368 Oldham road and the Booth Wood reservoir is overgrown and now only about 8" wide when it should be about 2ft wide. My elderly parents use this path on a regular basis to reach the picnic area and it is now quite dangerous, particularly as traffic travels very fast in this area. There is no footpath on the south side of the road so they have no option. Please repair the path to make it safer for them.

The council contacted me immediately but no sign of dealing with the problem yet.

The council responded immediately but has taken no actio so the footpath remains in a dangerous state.
