Sharp,rusty,broken fence,risk of injury to football players/children/dogs etc

The white metal fencing around the left side of the football pitch is very dangerous because the 9th pole along has broken in 2 /rusted through leaving jagged edges that will cause serious injury if someone falls onto it.please can this metal fencing be repaired/replaced asap
