Bins and spilled rubbish

Bin left in car park with overflowing rubbish and additional bags next to it.

Bins empty but any loose rubbish left behind e.g foodwrappers and old food.

Bin still left in the car park. Even when taken in it's usually put back out 3 days before bins are emptied overflowing with rubbish.

Despite continual complaints to various sources this problem is never resolved, I'm trying this as a new option.

There was a litter pick along Tweedsmuir Close last week but the car park was missed out.
