Broken Promises.

Sent to Crawley Borough Council 1 minute later

Last September I was invited by the council to partake in a walkabout with council officials to point out problem areas that we would like fixed. I took them to the wall at the end of my house where for years we have been plaqued by thorny bushes that hang over the wall and make it impossible to use my side gate without risking scratching my eyes out. The bushes themselves are a haven for rubbish and we have seen a rat in there as well. We were promised by the council that they would be gone and the area grassed by the end of April and the area gardens foreman agreed. It is now August, my side gate is once again unuseable and a health hazard if you value keeping both eyes and would like something done about it as promised.

The council sent me a card apologising for overlooking the problem and sent a team round the following day to cut it all back with a promise to remove it completely within two weeks. This promise was kept and we now have the job completed, many thanks for your help.
