Bags of Dog Poo

This has been going on for over a year - always dog mess on Moray Road, now the helpful owner/s are leaving it in bags for the street cleaners to clear up (not that they always do, understandably sometimes). Can the council not put up some dog mess bins, or at least a sign or two...or something else to make it stop...?
