Rubbish and flytipping

Highway obstructed. Bins falling out of Eurobins. This happens every day. Rats, foxes and mice feeding off problem. Stench in summer. Today - Sunday bins not emptied for 2 or 3 days. Lambeth Council in breach of their statutory duty and even their duty under their own Conservation Area advice.

Sadly no one seems to care within the area and Lambeth dont give much if you look at earlier postings which remain unresolved?
