The kids in this house are a nuisance; when they're not racing each other up and down the road in their cars, they're doing wheelies and cutting people up on scooters at the roundabout. It's an accident waiting to happen.

Will contact the Safer Neighbourhod Police team about it, bu I do believe it is already known about and being looked at.
