Hole in pavement

There is a small hole on the pavement here. Even though it's not very big i did actually witness a lady falling over due to this hole last week. it's enough to cause another accident as its big enough for a person to trip. I did advise the lady to take a photo of the hole and complain to who was responsible(probably council)
