Sent to Cambridge City Council and Cambridgeshire County Council 3 minutes later

Not been used for at least a year and attracts graffiti/litter. Could it be removed??

Council tried to pass to OFCOM. I pointed out OFCOM ruling that councils are responsible. They then went quiet!
