Broken Green Lid

Sent to Broadland District Council less than a minute later

I had a broken hindge on my green bin for awhile and so has my neighbour, but i noticed the second hindge had gone, thinking this is a simple fault and the bin men must have the plastic clips to put in. I put out my bin like normal, they lost the bin lid in the vechile. I now have no bin lid on my green bin and this week the have refused to empty it. My neighbours have tried to help with taking some of my rubbish, but I still have a full bin.

Bin men are emptying the bin now, but still have no bin lid and it gets full of rain.
