Drinking fountain not working

This drinking fountain has not been working for some time (possibly years) Please consider improving your local amenities by fixing it. This is immediately opposite a childrens playground, so would be of great value to parents of thirsty children.

Still not fixed five weeks later. Had brief routine response from council but no action yet
