Repeat offender of dog fouling

Persistant dog urination from dog owner at 100 Bower Street. Owner states that this is always flushed with water, but untrue, smell is awful especially during summer. Also brushes dogs (potential flea problem)and throws fur in street rather than binning.

Council Dog Warden stated that it was okay for dogs to urinate in the street (even if persistant in one location), and also that birds will pick up the discarded fur for nesting (in August???)so I took this as an indication that they weren't prepared to do anything about it - so we live with the pee!
