The bags are stacked on Wheatley Place for collection on Wednesday morning, burst as usual, the debris left and despite Victoria Road having been cleaned Wheatley Place ignored yet again!! Now a blue bag has been left.

I say don't know because there is absolutely no guarantee that the same situation won't repeat itself as it has done so often in the past. Seagulls are the problem but it's time all councils affected by these birds did something about the problem instead of ignoring it year after year.
