Everytime there is heavy rain the man hole cover blows off and water gushes down Dye Lane for 30 minutes like a river causing near flooding to 13 Hole House Fold, sewage and toilet paper can be seen in the car park.

Is this the manhole located in the car park? I've noticed this flooding myself. The manhole is built on an old culvert. I imagine there is a defect on it further downstream causing it to back-up. I assume it runs through the gardens of the houses on Stockport Road? I'd have a word with your neighbours and check some old maps and find the route. Hope that helps. Gerard
Hi Gerard,thankyou for your message,yes it is the manhole in the Car Park, we are trying to fid out who owns the manhole we have been told it privatly owned but we are unsure who by. We are trying to get hold of maps of the drainage system any futher feedback would be appreciated thankyou again.
