Car parking on the road

So many cars are parked on Hovingham Drive - this is a bus route and it has become increasingly difficult for the bus to get through - one day the bus had to reverse back along the road and re-route! Every house on this estate seems to have a garage and/or drive. One person on the estate has 2 cars - one in a garage, which is located on an empty shared drive and another which is located on the road( bus route) 24/7 for 12 months of the year! Also, the cars parked further eastward on H. Drive are often parked so far onto the pavement that it is impossible to walk on the said pavement - this is a dangerous situation for pushchair and wheelchair users.
